Transducers with axis
GYGS (probe) GYHC (controller)
GYGS are a serie of probe in which the sensor head is extremely thin (20mm thick). It adopts new method of detecting magnetostrictive phenomena. When applied to hydraulic cylinder, its total length becomes space saving.
GYGS probe is used in combination with the GYHC controller which provides velocity output or digital output.
GYHR
GYHR probe is designed to operate at high ambient temperature up to 100°C, including sensor head.
Electronic parts inside are minimized, yet provide high performance and reliability in the application. Cable used has reinforced silicon rubber sheath which stands ambient temperatures up to 150°C. Max cable extension 100m.
GYHR probe can also be used in combination with GYHC and GYDC-05 controller ì, which provides velocity output or digital output.
GYMS (probe) / GYHC (controller)
The magnetostrictive transducer of GYMS series is the standard compact type, with the following characteristics:
Linearity: ≤± 0.025%FS
Protection: IP67
The probe GYMS can be associated with the controller GYHC, 0-10V o 4-20mA.
GYPM
The sensor head of GYPM probe is more compact. Thanks to the new design of the probe head, the screw side dead zone has been shortened to 30mm (Standard). As to tip dead zone, making it short to 40mm is possible by option (standard: 70mm). Cable out direction is radial.
GYPM probe is used in combination with the GYHC or GYDC-05 controllers, which provide velocity output or digital output.
GYRHP-MRA
GYRHP-MRA is different from conventional GY series. Achieved pressure-resistance is 70MPa (rod) by redesign in head and rod part. Standard of protection grade is IP67, but you can select water-proof type (IP68) or cable conduit type (IP69K) as option. It is all-in-one and its output is voltage or current. With the captive software (GPM), zero and gain adjustment is possible.
GYSE-A
The inside probe element can be detached from the outer housing (standard function for GYSE). Additionally, use of flexible element as an option makes the exchange process extremely easy even under small work space. Using two pcs of magnet on the probe as another option, makes detecting each magnet position or their relative distance possible.
With the captive software (GPM), zero and gain adjustment is possible at user side.
16 bit resolution, high performance analogue output.
GYSE-P
This magnetostrictive transducer uses a Profibus DP interface and allows the use of a maximum of 32 magnet on the same probe.
The element of the probe are detachable from the housing.
GYSE-Q
Resolution Min. 1µm, A/B pulse incremental output, detachable probe element.
The working principle is based on a sampling detection method, in which pulse frequency is fixed to 250 kHz (Standard)
