Tecnosens Multi Layer is a tool to identify and measure in fast and accurate way the thickness of transparent materials. Especially Films, Glass, PVB and EVA can be recognized and measured both individually and with the multi layer configuration that compose a laminated glass or film/glass.
This system measures using non-contact technology thanks to an optical sensor, that allows high accuracy and multiple possibility of application.
The system Tecnosens Multi Layer allows to save and analyze through statistic methods the acquired data, highlighting the points where the measures are out of tolerances.
Thanks to its innovative technology it is possible to measure the thickness of raw PVB material before to be heated in laminated glass even if it is not completely transprent.
