Biogas consists in the anaerobic digestion of organic waste and resources, in order to produce a renewable source of energy. The main components of Biogas are CH4 and CO2, plus other small amounts of Nitrogen, O2 and H2S. The concentration of these gases indicates the efficiency of the process, but also needs to be monitored to avoid dangers and for safety.
