Tecnosens Spa is partner of Kyoto Semiconductor, manufacturer of optical sensors, such as photodiodes in frequencies between 25GHz and 40BHz, which can be used in 5G communication devices, but also optical modules (PD-TIA, APD-TIA) to maximize the performance of photodiodes and allow a monitoring of optical switches in the network.
