We have been developing innovative inspection systems for automotive and container glass for more than twenty years.
In the automotive field, we measure the shape, curvature and perimeter of glass both online and offline, using different technologies including LVDT and non-contact sensors. Furthermore, with our technology we are able to measure the layers that compose a laminated glass and the thickness of the plastic films (PVB, EVA ...).
We also provide measurement solutions for hollow glass, with which it is possible to measure the profile of a glass bottle so to prevent labeling defects, check the quality of logos and detect residual stress on the glass container.
