Tecnosens presents four news by Axetris AG, producer of Mass flow meters and controllers with MEMS technology for precision measuring in gas mixing and leak tests:
- Bidirectional mass flow meters, with the capability to measure the flow in both directions;
- MFD PLUS: with 20.000sccm F.S.
- Mass flow meters with EtherCAT interface, recommended for applications where the MFCs need to be integrated into Ethernet-based networks with an EtherCAT communication interface;
- Mass flow meters with PROFINET interface, recommented for applications where the MFCs need to be integrated into Ethernet-based networks with a PROFINET communication interface.
