Ultra-light ILX-LR1 camera is the latest entry in Sony portfolio.
Specifically designed to be integrated into lightweight systems such as drones and UAVs, it is equipped with a 61-megapixel Exmor R Full Frame backlit 35mm CMOS sensor that enables 4K video at 60 fps. Its extremely compact dimensions (100.0 x 74.0 x 42.5 mm) and a weight of less than 250g make it the perfect solution for industrial applications such as inspections, surveys and mapping, thanks also to its 3 fps continuous shooting function.
How could it be possible? With an innovative camera body that is free of LCD monitor, viewfinder and image stabiliser.
By integrating API into the system, this camera can be easily controlled remotely, allowing changes to the camera's settings and functions.
