The Humichip II is a humidity and temperature sensor with extremely low power consumption (from 2.1V to 3.6V) and +/-3% as accuracy of humidity measurement.

Capacitive polymer sensor chip developed and fabricated in-house and CMOS integrated circuit with EEPROM are integrated into one embedded system in a reflow solder-able SMD package.

Suitable as replacement for the Sensirion SHT11 sensor
