Small compact mass flow meter module with RS-232 TTL and analog 0...5 V interface, with the capability of measure the flow in both direction.

Through the integration in one manifold and stand-alone system of OEM mass flow meters, OEM controllers, pressure sensors and external module, Axetris can realize one unic and compact solution, based on the customer's specific needs and application.

Contrary to the traditional mixing systems, that use standard mass flow meters, a custom stand-alone system allows to have a more compact solution at a lower cost.

The Axetris MFD range of mass flow meters and controllers allows a flow control up to 20.000 sccm. The new innovation from Axetris allows you to use a single mass flow device over a wide range of flow rates, helping you save costs, while taking the complexity out of design and logistics.

This range of products comes in surprisingly compact sizes, enabling compact designs.

Compact mass flow controller with EtherCAT interface, based on the proprietary Platinum MEMS technology from Axetris (MEMS: Micro Electro-Mechanical Systems). It is recommended for standalone applications and system integration in industrial, analytical and medical applications where the MFCs need to be integrated into Ethernet-based networks with an EtherCAT communication interface.

Compact mass flow controller with PROFINET interface, based on the proprietary Platinum MEMS technology from Axetris (MEMS: Micro Electro-Mechanical Systems). It is recommended for standalone applications and system integration in industrial, analytical and medical applications where the MFCs need to be integrated into Ethernet-based networks with a PROFINET communication interface. 

The OEM version of the Mass Flow Controller MFC 2022 is recommended especially for gas mixing and general control of mass flow applications. Thanks to his compact shape it's easy to integrate in any equipment and machine, providing a flow regulation extremely accurate even for low flows and short lead time. Ideal to obtain control and a precise measure of gas flows with custom features and on demand personalizations on full scale and calibrations.

Mass flow transducers, OEM version, for precise measure in flow and leak test, particularly suitable for trial applications, where OEM modules are easy to integrate in the dedicated equipment. Full-scale 20, 250 and 3000 sccm power supply 10Vcc, out 0-5Vcc, RS232 TTL.

 

The mass flow meter for gas MFM 2021, in addition to MEMS technology for the flow measure, is provided with a high precision PID control, with analogic exit, that allows a direct, easy, accurate and fast control of the mass flow. The valve override function permits to manage easily the valve, from completely open to completely closed and every option in between.

Standalone mass flow regulator with internal housing that provides electrical and environmental protection to the MFC 20202 OEM version. Particularly suited to replace traditional flow regulator. It provides every OEM Mass Flow Meter functions, but with more interfaces:

MFM 2120: RS232/ 0…5 Volt, MFM 2130: RS232/ 4…20 mA,
MFM 2140: RS485.

Standalone mass flow regulator with an internal integrated housing that provides electrical and environmental protection to the MFC 2122 OEM version. Particularly suited to replace traditional flow regulator thanks to his compact dimensions, short lead time, high accuracy and multi-gas and full-scale multi-range functions, that are integrated like the OEM Mass Flow Controller, but with more interfaces:
